Product Overview

RDD6616U(-DFM) is a double coordinate system knife cutting controller with tool direction following control function independently developed by Ruida Technology.

Integrate the processing methods of vibration cutter, circular cutter, milling cutter, pressing wheel and other tools. Support mixed cutting of multiple tools and one-stop solution of soft material cutting and punching processing.

Support double coordinate system asynchronous processing in double beam (dual Y axes) or double cantilever (dual X axes) mode. Each coordinate system supports double head synchronous processing.

Support automatic feeding, repeated multi-template feeding, ultra long format segmentation and cutting, non directional circular punching, V-shaped special punching with direction, brush processing, red light positioning and so on.

Support Mark point vision positioning cutting, large format panoramic visual cutting and projection cutting.

Double coordinate system, double head synchronous and asynchronous processing 

Controller supports double coordinate system asynchronous processing in double beam (dual Y axes) or double cantilever (dual X axes) mode, and each coordinate system supports double head synchronous processing, which greatly improve the production efficiency.

 

16 axes stepping / servo driver control interface

The controller has a stepping / servo driver control interface with up to 16 axes, 16 limit inputs, 27 special / general inputs and 43 general outputs

 

Communication mode

10/100M Ethernet+USB 2.0, mainboard detects communication mode automatically.

 

Interconnection communication interface

Two channels, used in the interconnection communication of wireless handheld equipment and other specified interconnection communication.
